Sales tax will be added to your order only if you are a resident of the state of West Virginia.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through the PayPal merchant program. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to charge your purchase.
You may also pay via personal check or money order (do NOT send cash through the mail). Just select "check or money order" when ordering through our shopping cart.
We will gladly send a gift card with your shipment if you request one. Simply type in Gift Card in the Additional Comments section during checkout, and be sure to type in the message you want on the card. There is no charge for the gift card.
We now provide Free Shipping to all USA addresses! All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive approximately one week from the date of your order. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico may take longer to arrive. Please contact us through the web site for information and pricing regarding foreign shipment. Orders requesting Express delivery must be placed prior to noon Eastern Standard Time on the day of shipment. The USPS Express mode of delivery estimates 1-2 days delivery.

Returns are easy. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it for exchange or refund. We require that you return the
item within 30 days and that the merchandise is in unused condition.
We cannot accept soiled, used, or washed items for return. We
do not refund shipping costs unless the product was damaged during
shipping or is defective (see below). You must fill out a
Return Form, include your original invoice and tell us the reason
for return, as well as what you want us to do – replace or
refund. Please allow 14 days to process refunds. Credit
card purchases can only be refunded to the original purchasing
credit card. We will notify you via e-mail when your package
has been received by Customer Service.
If you want an exchange, the order will be subject to standard shipping fees. Be sure to keep a copy of the invoice for your records. We recommend you insure your package.
